ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE:
Artist's Name
Title of Work(s)
Media
Dimensions (and orientation if necessary)
Contact information: current email address and phone number
3-Line BIO listing name, area of specialty or interest, current educational/work status and recent publishing credits, shows, honors or awards.
PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS:
To help us reproduce your work as accurately as possible, please adhere to the following criteria:
Illustrations or hand-drawn line art = 1200 dpi
Images (photos or digital artwork) = at least 300 dpi
Image with Text = 600 dpi
Size: minimum size should be 9"x 6"
File should not be less than 2 MB
JPG accepted but TIFF or EPS preferred
Images should be ready for print, i.e., already cropped and edited
TO DETERMINE FILE SIZE:
Open your image in a photo program such as Adobe Photoshop. Select the "Image" menu, click on "Image Size" from the drop-down menu.
In the "Image Size" option window, you will see the width, height and resolution listed under "Document Size."
TO DETERMINE IF YOUR FILE IS IN CMYK MODE:
To check the color mode in Adobe Photoshop, go to "Image" on the top menu, then click on "Mode" to see which one is selected.
